Where we ship
Metro Manila
1–3 business days
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for orders placed before noon, depending on your barangay.
Provincial (PH)
3–7 business days
Delivered via our partner couriers. Remote islands and far-flung areas may take longer; we will reach out if so.
International
7–21 business days
Rates and timelines are quoted at checkout via DHL. Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Good to know
Order cutoff
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Asia/Manila) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM ship the next business day.
Tracking & insurance
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. All parcels are insured against loss in transit.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Free shipping promotions are announced on the homepage and via newsletter.
