Eligibility & valid reasons

You can request a return or exchange within 3–7 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. We accept the following reasons:

Wrong item received

We shipped you something different from what you ordered.

Defective or damaged

The item arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit.

Wrong size

The size you received doesn't fit — exchange for a different size, subject to stock.

Conditions for return / exchange

Unboxing video requiredRequired

A clear, uncut video of the parcel being opened is required as proof for every return or exchange request.

Proof of purchase

Order confirmation, receipt, or a screenshot of your order — any one of these is fine.

Resellable condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging — unless the issue is a factory defect or our error.

Final-sale items excluded

Items bought on promo, clearance, or marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

If the requested size or variation is unavailable, you can exchange for an item of equal or higher value (paying the difference), or opt for a voucher of equivalent value.

Costs, processing & refund options

We cover shipping

If the issue is caused by AtletaAko — wrong item sent or a manufacturing defect — we shoulder the return shipping fee.

Customer covers shipping

For size changes or change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is shouldered by the customer.

Processing time

Requests are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Full refund via bank transfer

We'll send the full amount back to your nominated Philippine bank account.

Store credit / voucher

Issued as a voucher of equivalent value, usable on any future AtletaAko order.

Non-returnable / non-exchangeable items

  • Used or washed items
  • Items damaged by customer handling
  • Items without tags or original packaging
  • Dolfin swimsuits (hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased under promo or clearance

Section 8 — time-sensitive

Defective or incorrect items

For damaged, defective, or wrong-item issues, please send clear photos and a video as proof within 24–72 hours of receiving the item. After this window, we may not be able to file a claim with our courier or supplier.
